Open Roles: Associate (1)

We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead Flippy's core product roadmap. The ideal PM will be obsessed with building an amazing product while also prioritising speed of execution. This role provides you with massive ownership over the product. You will leverage fact based analyses, consumer insights and deep product understanding to shape the long term priorities for Flippy.

You will have to:

• Build for the first users and early adopters. Be very comfortable with zero to one journeys.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for key product/business areas at Flippy. You will primarily work with design and development teams to manage the product, and push new features.
• Manage all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition
• Understand the product needs + requirements, and subsequently conceptualise and design solutions for these requirements
• Work with developers and business stakeholders to lead outcome oriented projects
• Act as a trusted adviser, coach or a guide in the team

Brownie points if you have:

• Strong understanding of crypto trading platforms
• Past experience of working in a fintech/crypto startup and/or an understanding of the ethos of the crypto community
• A strong sense of ownership with the product and design language
• Strong professional history in product oriented roles
