Position Overview:
As our Talent & Culture Lead, you will direct Flippy’s engagement initiatives through every member’s life cycle to align them with our business and people strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Build company culture: Fostering a thriving company culture by consistently promoting values, driving employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Talent development: Work with management towards identifying skill gaps, implementing training programs, managing career development plans, and guiding team members on effective performance management.
- Employee lifecycle management: Optimize the employee lifecycle by designing comprehensive onboarding programs, effectively managing employee relations, and overseeing off boarding processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- HR strategy: Implement HR strategy and compliance by developing policies aligned with company objectives and legal requirements and providing leadership guidance on HR matters to align with business and people strategies.
- Define success by establishing goals, and implement processes & practices with consistent tracking and reporting methods to boost performance
- Establish a people strategy that leverages social media to support and attract top talent
You should definitely have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within a startup environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the fintech, cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is a plus.
